Peach State Realty, Inc. was founded in October 1998 by Lorie Cornwell and Margie J. Shine, with the unfailing support of Chloe’ Rowell. After spending years with Coldwell Banker and Re/Max, they decided to create a company with more of a family atmosphere, where the agents would help and support each other, and as a result, give better service to our clients. Peach State Realty, Inc. continues to grow, and has agents with many years of experience among them. After spending 5 years at our office in the Oakhurst area of Decatur, Peach State Realty, Inc. purchased and renovated a new office and relocated just 1.5 miles away in the East Lake area. Our agents come from all areas of Atlanta, including Intown neighborhoods, Mabelton, Snellville, Alpharetta, Decatur and South Fulton, so we can cover your real estate needs throughout the Atlanta area. We also have a satellite office that covers LaGrange Georgia and Troup County in the West Central part of Georgia. Our #1 priority is customer service. Our agents are ready to serve you with the sale or purchase of your home. We enjoy working with first-time buyers, no matter what the price range, move-up buyers, investment buyers or development clients. We have sold houses as low as $8,000 (literally a fire sale), on up into the higher price ranges. We are members of both First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Georgia MLS.
